HAZY WITH A CHANCE OF SUNSHINE
Hazy ipa - 7.2% ABV
This hazy delight was our entry in the Hopes for Hope festival this past summer and we decided to continue the love! Proceeds from this brüe are to be donated to Children's Flight of Hope (CFOH.org). A hazy IPA with a smooth mouth-feel coupled with tropical flavors and aroma. Perfect for turning any frown upside down!

IMPERIAL SOUR IPA
kettle sour - 8.0% ABV
We took our Standard Sour, doubled the grain bill and quadrupled the hops for our biggest, hoppiest sour yet. Moderate lemon tartness, low bitterness, and five pounds per barrel of Amarillo and Galena make this Imperial Hazy Sour IPA a refreshing hop bomb full of grapefruit, melon and lemon.

CALDAMENTUM BENEDICTUS
Belgian Quadrupel - 14.0% ABV
Caldamentum Benedictus [Fermentation of Benedict] is our ode to the Trappist monks, and their mastery of the craft we all enjoy. We took a cue from the monks and kept the grain bill simple, and let the yeast do the work to create a complex, digestible treat with layers of date, raisin,plum, vanilla, and dark sugar. Pairs best with rich roasted meats, aged gouda, and bread pudding.

BELGIAN DARK STRONG
Belgian Strong Dark Ale - 10.5% ABV
We began with the highest quality yeast, specialty grains, and candi syrup from Belgium before a secondary fermentation with Champagne yeast. The resulting beer is a dry, malty beer, with flavors of date, fig, raisin and dark sugar, that is balanced by a warmth from the alcohol.
